Transform Me is a program for incarcerated youth needing to reenter society after being incarcerated and youth that are at-risk of becoming incarcerated.
Target Audience: Incarcerated and at-risk youth ages 12 to 25
Many of the young people in our targeted audience are considered part of a “hopeless generation.” Youth who are incarcerated display bad behaviors birthed from negative experiences. They have lost hope, respect, and belief in the adults in their lives. Certain symptoms, if noticed and addressed, will act as a deterrent to the development of negative behaviors and habits. Transform Me desires to change the lives of these youth by providing for the development of good behaviors through positive experiences.
